About The Team - Our Nursery Family

We are a small team at Loxley Nursery with many different qualities and expertise, which we have brought to the setting. We all have different years of experience, been responsible for children from birth-five. We all have varied childcare qualifications from diploma level to degrees in Childhood studies. We have all worked in many different early years provisions.

We have an enthusiastic team of highly trained Early Years Practitioners who are committed to providing the highest quality care for our children. Our practitioners are selected following a rigorous recruitment process, during which we take into account qualifications, experience and commitment. All practitioners have access to

a wide range of training programs throughout the year enabling them to continually build on their skills and knowledge. We pride ourselves on the high qualifications of our staff team, which are above and beyond the guidelines specified by Ofsted.
